The fastest way to launch: complete Get Started, and we'll typically have a draft site ready for your review within 48 hours, while technical work like domain transfers moves forward in parallel.

How the Process Works

You share who you are, what you do, and what matters most. This helps us understand your priorities before looking at tools or technology.

We learn how your systems support your work today.

We look at how your website, content, and workflows are working today — and where friction exists. This includes what's working well, not just what's broken.

We recommend improvements

You get clear, practical suggestions focused on clarity, sustainability, and real-world rescue needs. Recommendations are scoped to your capacity — not an idealized version of how rescues "should" operate.

We support implementation

We help you apply those improvements in a way your team can actually maintain. Support is flexible, there's no long-term lock-in, and everything we build remains accessible and owned by your organization. You stay in control — technically and operationally.

Tell Us About You

This step supports Steps 1–2 above.

We start by learning about your rescue — your mission, programs, adoption process, and how you want to present your work online. This shapes how information is structured and communicated to the public, donors, and partners.

  • Existing branding (logos, colors, tone)
  • Any content you already have (text, photos, links, documents)

Rough notes are fine. Nothing needs to be perfect. Incomplete or outdated content is expected — not a problem.

STEP 2

Share Your Workflow

This step supports Steps 2–3 above.

We learn how things actually work behind the scenes: Not how they're documented — how they really function day to day.

  • The animals you serve
  • Foster and adoption workflows
  • Applications, records, and updates
  • How listings and information are currently managed

This ensures any recommendations or changes reflect real operations — not idealized processes. The goal is alignment, not disruption.

STEP 3

We Build It Together

This step supports Steps 3–4 above.

We help prioritize what matters now, identify what can wait, and guide implementation at a pace that works for your team. Progress is incremental and intentional.

The goal is a system that stays accurate without adding ongoing burden. Sustainability matters more than speed.
