Free or discounted services do not create any obligation for ongoing support unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

We are not responsible for ongoing or recurring fees, such as domain renewals, service subscriptions, hosting costs, or other expenses incurred after setup.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing all third-party accounts created or used on your behalf.

Whenever possible, third-party vendor accounts (domain, DNS, hosting, tools) are created under your organization’s ownership and control, and we are added as an admin/operator to perform setup and support.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and maintaining backups.
• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You confirm that you have the right to share any content, images, logos, or data provided to us.
